I have a healthy, sweet parakeet/budgie available to adopt. She is fairly young, and her feathers are bright yellow. Unfortunately, I can no longer keep her. She and my older male just don't get along well. The cage is new and was over $100 on Amazon. She will come with the cage, accessories, toys, bath, and healthy seed mix.
