****PLEASE SEND YOUR RESUME WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT THE JOB**** LAUNDRY ATTENDANT / LAUNDERER Available Shift: Part time and full time available in 3-4 hour shifts and 6-8 hour shifts Compensation: * Starting from $13.00/hour + commission + tip * Salary + commission + tip can total to $15-$19/hour depending on your productivity. * Commission is based on how many pounds of laundry worked on (wash, dry, fold). Job Summary: Assists self-service laundry customers as needed with coin machines, washer/dryer issues, vending machines, etc. Performs washing, drying, folding for drop-off customers according to procedures. Also maintains cleanliness of store and machines. Job Description: ATTENDANT AND LAUNDERER: * Sorts laundry items received for washing by colors and whites. * Loads proper number of weight into washing machines and unloads upon completion of wash cycle. * Loads & operates dryers, ensuring proper weight of load and correctness of temperature. * Neatly folds and bags laundry for customer pick up. ATTENDANT ONLY: * Checks lint screens for lint and cleans lint filters as necessary to maintain optimum efficiency of dryers. * Maintains cleanliness of store by wiping countertops, machine tops and soap receptacles. * Makes sure trash is not overflowing and floor is kept dry and clear of debris. Makes sure bathroom is clean and stocked. * Reports any equipment not working properly to management. * Performs other duties as assigned by management. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS JOB IS PHYSICAL AND WILL INCLUDE: * Heavy lifting (20-40 lb laundry) * Repetitive folding and large item handling (sheets, large table clothes, etc) * Bending down
