Landscaping with us, you'll perform a wide array of work including planting, drainage, grading and soil work, stone work, decking and fencing, irrigation, paver installation, retaining wall construction, lighting, outdoor kitchens, water and fire features and other special item construction. The position requires at least 1 year of landscaping experience, a strong work ethic, and the desire to learn the trade. Of course, more experience is welcomed and appreciated! To work with us you must be able to lift 60 pounds and on occasion, up to 80 pounds, perform hard work for sustained periods and have a good attitude while working in a wide range of weather conditions. We are a growing firm and offer definite potential to advance with the company. Full time employment (40 hours per week). Compensation with full time status after 60 day probation period: SIGNING and RETENTION BONUS - $250 bonus after 60 days, at 6 months another $500, and another $1,000 bonus after one year of employment. Other merit bonuses possible also. Competitive Wage. Spanish - English bilingual commands higher pay rate.
