Planet Worth provides mutual aid to our unhoused neighbors by distributing food, water and essential supplies to established encampment communities in and around Seattle. We foster respect and dignity for all people and the earth, by limiting waste and sharing resources. We work hard, love what we do, and believe that human life is the only necessary prerequisite for kindness. We can’t do this meaningful work without our volunteers, and that means you! Each week we gather and prepare hot food and beverages, procure personal essentials and propane tanks, then distribute them directly to those most in need. Just a few hours can make a huge difference in the lives of our disadvantaged friends. Openings available for Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
