We are looking to hire a full time bicycle mechanic. Cranked Bike Studio is a full service bike shop that repairs and sells all types of bikes. We’re happy to train the right candidate if you have the aptitude and desire to become an amazing wrench. If you already know your way around the workstand, even better. At Cranked Bike Studio, we’ve got exceedingly high standards, so attention to detail is paramount. Your day to day responsibilities might include diagnosing mechanical issues, repairing bikes of all kinds, building bikes (custom bikes and out-of-the-box builds), and some bike sales. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers is a must. Our mission is to build community by providing an inclusive, supportive, and fun environment. The ability to keep a cool head when things get hectic, and to shift gears quickly is key for this position, as is a willingness to work with our team to be as efficient and effective as possible. This position is full time, year-round. Interviews and training can start as early as March and roll into full time by April. Pay will correspond with experience.
