Bless his soul, Herc’ is CERTAINLY on a roll. He’s the feline of the week in every cat opinion poll! Okay okay, joking aside… let’s talk Hercules. Hercules is an “absolutely magnificently handsome” (his words) black and white kitty looking for a rodent control job and STAT. Herc was found by a good samaritan when he confidently waltzed down her block like he owned the place. Efforts were made to find any possible owners, but none were found so he’s now hanging with us here at Philly PAWS! Hercules is a very sweet boy who enjoys a nice chin scratch and a tasty treat. But don’t let his cute face fool you, this boy has a wild side! He loves to escape outside and roam about. He says it’s because he has “business to take care of” (whatever that means…). Because the chances of Hercules running out of an indoor home are extremely high, we want to find him a home where he can run around as he pleases. This “god among men” (again, his words) is looking for a working/barn cat placement that will allow him to be the nature-loving dude that he is. He promises to take care of any pesky rodents for you in exchange for a nice warm spot to snooze and a full bowl of snacks. If you have a barn, farm, warehouse, or brewery and are looking for some natural rodent control and a good pal, Hercules is your guy! He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots. PAWS will provide info on acclimating him to his new home and how to keep barn cats safe. PAWS can also deliver him to you!
