We are seeking a landscape construction foreman for our company that has a positive attitude and is hard working. Requirements: - Knowledge and ability to do site work, grading and drainage - Knowledge and ability to do plant & lawn installation - Ability to work independently and with others - Understand hardscape installation (Pavers, Travertine, Steps, bluestone etc.) - Knowledge and ability to operate machinery (skid steer and excavator) - Knowledge and ability to drive a truck and trailer - Have experience with building stonewalls, pools, outdoor kitchens, outdoor rooms, patios, outdoor firepits and fireplaces - Snow operations in winter months, must know how to plow - Ability to lift 60lbs. or more unassisted - Must be able to work in all weather conditions - Must maintain a positive attitude at all times - Ability to verbally communicate with clients - Able to think quickly on your feet - Have a think safety attitude - Can lead and supervise a crew Must have a Valid Driver's License This is a part to full time position and salary is negotiable.
