I have a small 3 unit apartment building that needs repairs done on a regular basis. I currently need some weather stripping replaced on a door jam. You need to be reliable, have your own transportation and tools and be experienced in general repairs. Doing a quality job is more important then getting the job done quickly.
I have a network of about 6-8 people that are looking for similar work. We all used the same gentleman for many years but he has taken a full time job and is no longer available. We kept him very busy.
