TxRvRepair in Spring is looking to hire Experienced / Highly skilled service technicians responsible for servicing RV's (interior, exterior, appliances, electrical and plumbing). Diagnose issues and determine the best course of action to remedy the situation. Confer w/customers, read work orders, or examine various RV's needing repair to determine the nature and extent of damage. Repair or replace internal and external components including roofs, windows, doors, drawers, flooring, cabinets and related fixtures. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Provide excellent customer service and ensure that the issues have been addressed and proper repairs have been completed. Work effectively as part of a high performing team as well as independently to achieve excellent outcomes for our customers. Help educate/train new staff members. Perform other duties as assigned. Technician should have his own tools. Ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. TxRvRepair shares the same location with TxRvAdventures, home to the largest single location RV rental fleet in Texas! This means there is always something to do! Mon-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Paychecks are issued weekly. Major Holidays off. If you have a great attitude, love fixing things, and are a team player this is the perfect place for you.
