Responsible for completing high quality RV body repairs assigned in a timely manner. Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions related to repairs, ask follow-up questions and communicate clearly any obstacles with meeting deadlines and/or standards. Duties: Disassembly of damaged area and removal of equipment as well as reinstallation after repairs are completed Performing welding, soldering, body alignment, and frame/unibody repairs. Fill depressions with body filler File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces with different grits of paper Prep unit for paint Performs all refinish work according to specs. Apply decals, designs, lettering or other identifying decorative touches to finished products. Perform other related duties as assigned including, but not limited to washing RVs, cleaning the shop, assisting other teammates, etc. Qualifications: At least 5 years of auto body collision experience. Strong, consistent attention to detail. Experience operating a variety of hand and power tools (e.g. welder, soldering equipment, cutting torch, blocks, hammers, wrenches, sander, spray guns, etc.)
