Under general supervision, performs a variety of routine semi-skilled maintenance for campus facilities; ensures that facilities are available for use and consistently maintained in a safe and clean condition. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical trades work, grounds keeping and custodial services.
