Work can start immediately. I have a week or so of misc. carpentry inside and out and if willing to help with some painting and or landscaping I have a week or so additional. We will be re decking a covered front porch, I will assist and lead on that but your skill set should be comfortable with this work and able to do the less difficult without supervision. Going from existing tongue and groove to kiln dried PT 2x6 that we will route, layout and deck stain pre install. Then screwed as we temp support porch roof as we go working from post to post. Also have misc. trim and handy man/punch type projects that your skill set should allow you to knock out on your own. Basic hand tools required, everything else on site. We do quality custom work and the property will show that. If your work is quality and you take pride in your work this is not a bad project for filler work. Good work environment, good project. No typical BS junk. If that's not you please lets not waste each others time. Also have some exterior painting if that is in your skill set. Just maintenance touch up, misc prep. No extension ladder work and most is ground level, easy if you paint. This is a well maintained property and the painting is just upkeep. There is also interior painting going now and week after next ext grading and concrete work. If they need help with anything or moving anything that will be us as well to help.
