There is a person living in our community that is actively looking for dogs to adopt and is abusing them. Even after background checks and home checks he was able to talk his way into sounding like a hero., which he is not!! Please anyone trying to rehome a dog, foster, or looking for someone to adopt a dog or cat, Please message me first!! This is extremely important that you message me first for the welfare of these animals!! I will give you all the information about this individual! I won't post it publicly even tho I should!! I am not making these claims up!! I have vet records and the poor dog has been diagnosed with extreme PTSD and trauma and he literally can't function after being with him for less than 2 months. I have seen several posts for this. so called man and he’s actively looking for dogs now!! Even after doing our due diligence, some of these monsters slip through the cracks!! Him and his spouse have been put on North Carolina statewide adoption ban for all public agencies and should now show up on rescue databases as well. That does not stop him from privately adopting dogs or cats!! Please message me for this information!! It’s critical for the well being of these animals!! Thank you!!
