Job description Foley Pools is a fast-paced swimming pool construction company searching for a full-time laborer in Celina, Texas while working in all cities in North Dallas. We are looking to hire a hardworking, dedicated team member with general construction experience. Compensation: Salary paid weekly. $17.50/hour Benefits: W-2 position, Company truck during working hours, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Sick Days Responsibilities: Pulling a trailer Saw cutting Sidewalk boring Product delivery to job-sites Job-site clean-up and debris removal Concrete/Decking removal (using a jackhammer) Landscape Lighting installation Tile & Coping removal on current projects Minor concrete, Tile & Coping, wood fence repairs Some digging/trenching Utilize all required personal protective equipment Ensures that all installation work is performed in accordance with company standards Ensures that all equipment is operated safely and maintenance procedures are followed Reports for duty at the designated location on time each day Follows directions from supervisor Communicates well with all crew members, supervisors, and clientele. Monitors all tools equipment and machinery for needed maintenance. Maintain a clean and safe job site. Requirements: 1+ years experience Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Valid Driver’s License preferred Preferred (not required) experience operating front end loaders, mini-excavators, and skid steer machinery with various attachments; other construction equipment as needed Basic usage and understanding of construction type tools: Hammer-Drills, jackhammers, wheel barrels, shovels, sump pumps, air compressors, etc. Highly motivated, self-driven individual who is detail orientated Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun & fast-paced environment Good time management skills; be available for long hours all year round Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background (i.e. clientele, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other designers) Clean and professional appearance Punctual and dependable
