This is a rewarding opportunity for self-motivated journeyman electrician who can perform with minimal supervision. Individuals will be responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting commercial and industrial facilities across Texas per customer request and accepted customer specifications to include working in a safe and professional manner. May include some travel. Per diem will be paid. Journeyman Electrician Job Requirements: • Valid Texas Driver’s License • TDLR Journeyman License (Required) • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent • Successfully pass background and drug screen testing • Ability to travel and work in various locations. • Possess small hand tools related to electrical work • Work safely and effectively in a team environment • Maintain positive attitude towards completing job and complying with all company policies • Ability to perform rigorous physical labor in all types of weather, hot/cold • Understand and proficient in bending conduit, wire pulling practices, terminating conductors • Proper knowledge of required PPE, inspection, care and use • Proficient knowledge in National Electric Code • Effective communication skills • General knowledge of basic computer skills • Show initiative in daily activities • Effective problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends) Experience: Electrical Experience: 1 year (Required)
