Service Technician – Portland Compensation: $50K-70K DOE Summary Chown Hardware is currently looking for skilled commercial installers/service technicians to support our clients in education, healthcare, government, manufacturing and commercial property management. Prior experience with commercial doors, frames and hardware is preferred but not required. This position requires a highly motivated person who enjoys working within a team. Responsibilities Service and installation of commercial doors, frames and hardware. Perform troubleshooting and basic keying of door locks. Completion of assigned jobs in a timely and efficient manner. Report and document job specific details in company portals. Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle. Exhibit a pleasant and professional demeanor with customers and colleagues. Qualifications Thorough knowledge and technical competency in commercial door and hardware applications. Have a mechanical aptitude. Ability to multi-task. Highly Organized. Excellent communication skills.
