Looking for storage space for tiny home

I have a builder to construct a tiny house frame for me and I am looking for space to rent after this step. I will still need to have an electrician and plumber work on it to finish. I prefer a place between Medford ( near Main St. and Crater Lake Ave) and White City. I will be working in White City this summer. I expect to need to store early to mid summer. I don't need electric, water,sewage or anything else during this construction time, although access is a plus. I will want to come out to work on it myself in the meantime. Once it's done, I can look for a longer term place to put it. I am able to pay a space rent or, I have extensive knowledge and experience working with all kinds of domestic and exotic animals and am open to exchanging my knowledge and abilities for space rental.
