We are an artisan beeswax candle manufacturing company in Dripping Springs. We believe in the superior health benefits and all natural qualities of pure beeswax candles, and take great pride in crafting the finest candles available. With a team-centric attitude, we work together for the greater good of a company we believe in. We are seeking someone who is energetic, efficient and self-starting to assist in candle production, and shipping + packaging duties. This individual must have the ability to effectively multi-task and meet daily requirements with strong attention to detail and time management. He or she should have a positive team attitude and strong work ethic. A background in assembly, manufacturing, production, crafting, food service or shipping is beneficial. Duties: - Producing candles with manual dexterity and high attention to detail - Ability to work with accuracy and high efficiency after training - Ability to multi task to meet/exceed daily requirements and deadlines - Ability to handle, critique and adjust techniques to get best results - Ability to ask thoughtful questions when unfamiliar with processes and procedures - Maintain a clean and organized production area - Good communication skills - Strong problem solving skills - packaging candles and shipping duties when needed - Ability to lift up to 50lbs. - Ability to work in methodical processes under time pressures - Standing for 6 to 8 hours a day - Ability to work with hot materials - Willingness to perform various duties and tasks as requested Qualifications: -Awesomeness -Good Eye sight and hand-eye coordination. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Bilingual not required but beneficial -Must have Reliable Transportation -Must be available to at least three days a week M-F between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm, 25-40 hours a week. More hours potentially available. -Must take pride in producing the highest quality work Compensation per hour based on experience. Must have dependable transportation.
