I play a lot of Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Metallica, tool, Gojira, and some other things. No plans to play live yet but just want to jam!WE ARE NOT A BAR BAND. We are an original group of seasoned players looking for a talented and dedicated keyboard player (male or female) that can provide piano, organ, strings, and horn parts. As of this posting we have over 20 songs in the rock and blues category. I like metal, but not metal core and not really death metal (some). band gigs or more already on the books with more to come for sure. Think Eagles, Beatles, classic & modern country, Pure Prairie League, Queen and some acapella song openings too. Lots of gigs lined up from Little River to Georgetown with more to come. In season we'll do 3 to 6 shows a week, some doubles and some daytimes too, but also have another current bass player to split the work load with you so everybody's schedule can be accommodated. Bands like; Doors, 10 years after, Cars, Skynyrd, Smithereens, Dave Matthews, Collective Soul, Lenny Kravitz, Chili Peppers, etc. Playing the covers everyone loves but few bands play. Tired of hearing the same ol covers every weekend. Prefer older musicians that know and appreciate great rock and roll. Influences include classic bands such as Black Sabbath, Judas Priest and Metallica, extreme bands such as Death, Morbid Angel and Cannibal Corpse, modern metal bands like Trivium, Mudvayne, and Slipknot. Also a big fan of punk like Dead Kennedys, Misfits and Black Flag. A wide range of tastes and willing to try anything that fits within the parameters of heavy music.
