We are now hiring an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our office located in Meridian, ID.
We are looking for an energetic and driven professional to play an integral role on our team.
The ideal candidate would be someone who likes a challenge and can work in every office function including reception, sales, recruiting, onboarding.
Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of office experience
Must have strong customer service & phone skills
Must be able to prioritize, multitask and be a self-starter
Experience with Microsoft Office and other computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Assists with the on-boarding process
Interview applicants
Data entry
Applications/scheduling/payroll information
Conduct reference checks
Various pre-employment screenings
Recruiting/ job fairs/ hiring events/ advertising
Conduct employee orientations/training
Benefits:
An 8-Hour shift with 1-hour lunch between 8:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
$16.50/HR
