Help managing vehicles and trailers

We have a small fleet of vehicles, some heavy equipment, a building and some field equipment that have fallen behind in their maintenance schedule. We are looking for someone on a temporary and part time basis to come in and help us manage and maintain this facility and equipment. The ideal candidate is very well organized, has basic computer skills, is capable of basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks (trailer wiring, small engine maintenance etc.) and has experience doing work of this nature.
