* Maintain lobby * Maintain entrance ways * Remove trash/ debris from around the property * Change ceiling tiles * Change light bulbs * Check restroom dispensers & change batteries * Restock of restrooms * Interact with tenants and complete request * Interact with building contractors on behalf of building management * Additional duties as assigned by management ** Must be able to pass a background check ** Must read, write and speak English ** Must be fully vaccinated *** Monday - Friday (some Saturdays) *** 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (1/2 meal-time break)
