Large Black Dog

7 am this morning... Large male dog, solid black (looks maybe like a black lab/rottie mix) seen standing around, barking non stop. This was on Main near Marquerite and Sargeant. He was very cold, looks like frozen water around his muzzle from the barking, and was scared, went from tucking tail and crying to barking and running off. I could not get him to trust me to get close enough to even attempt getting a leash on him. I didn't have time to keep trying. I left some food out at the street. 8:30 am now, not seeing him. I'll keep looking for him. Blue collar, didn't appear to have any tags on it.
