Staff needed during SXSW NFT events over 4 days

Description

We are looking for staff for help at entry during SXSW for a title XR sponsor for an exciting NFT event. Our client, FLUF World is a leading NFT and a sponsor during SXSW hosting activations over the course of 4 days. We will have multiple “domes” within SXSW and are looking for 6-8 staff per day per shift. The people who have more availability over the course of these days will be more likely to get hired. 

We will have a high tech check in system that they will need to feel comfortable scanning barcodes, giving wrist bands, keeping track of capacity and handling anything that comes your way while having an overall cheerful mood and creating a great welcoming experience for guests. 

It would be great if you have past experience working at SXSW, music festivals, concerts and amusement parks as it will feel like a similar entry moment. Role Responsibilities: 
Guest Check-in and ensuring smooth operations at entry 
Ensure dedicated areas remain to standard + clean at all times
Follow event scope at direction of PR team 
Interact with and provide assistance to clients and related staff as needed 
Handle sensitive information in a confidential and discrete manner

Strong tact and keen attention to detail 
Work well in fast-paced work environments 


Event Dates: March 12th-15th You do not need to be available every day but more days are preferred
Rate: $18-$25 per hour based off of experience SHIFTS: March 12-13th @ FLUF Domes ( 6-8 people needed per day per shift) Morning: 10AM-6:30PM Night: 9PM-130AM March 14th-15th @ The Fairmont Hotel (1-2 people needed per day per shift) Morning: 10AM-6:30PM Night: 9PM-130AM Please send your resume, experience or linkedin, hourly rate, which shifts you would be available to work and a time this week that we can connect on zoom.Preferably looking to confirm by 3/1-3/2
