ENCINITAS, CA — A helicopter from the San Diego County Sheriff's Department is searching for a missing woman Friday in Encinitas. Marie-Helen Praly, 75, was last seen in the 1700 block of Pleasantdale Drive, according to sheriff's officials. She is Asian, 5-foot-3 inches tall and 135 pounds. She has white hair.
