Italian Burger Grill is one of the fastest growing food trucks in Southern California. With multiple trucks on the road, we are looking for more dedicated employees to join our team. We are looking for a full time COOK to work the grill and fryer. Grill work is relatively simple, but applicants must be able to handle large amounts of tickets quickly. customer service/ food truck experience is a big plus Duties will include: Cooking: working the grill/ fryer Prep work: Slicing veggies, filling sauce containers, stocking cheese, veggies, etc.. Cleaning: Making sure the kitchen stays clean and up to the health department code. Cleaning truck after shift. This is a full time position (around 35 hours). Pay is $18 an hour plus tips.
