We are a growing residential painting business that specializes in high quality interior and exterior painting work. We work in and around people's homes, keep a clean job site and do a professional job. We hold our painters and painter helpers to high standards and expect professional quality work, good communication skills, and good attitude. We will train new painters and painter helpers of all ages if you show up to work, have good qualities, and can listen to instruction. We have specific requirements listed below. If you meet all of the requirements send us an email through craigslist with your name, phone number, time in the trades, and any relevant information you might have that could help us understand why you'd be a great fit in this business. Must be at least 16 years old. Must have a driver's license. Must have working and stable transportation that can drive up to 20 minutes around Amarillo if needed (we have a pay structure more for jobs traveling farther distances). Must have a clean record and background check (We are in and around people's homes and need quality painters that our business can stand behind and trust). Must be able to carry up to 45 to 50lbs. Must be able to climb extension ladders up to 20 feet. Must be able to work on knees, or sit down to work on taping off floors, painting baseboards etc. Must have a working and reliable phone that can be reached reliably to communicate time of jobs and work needing to be done etc. Pay will be discussed over the phone, or in person. We move guys up in pay quickly if you do good work, show up on time, and are reliable. Reasons why this position might be right for you.
