Hi all! I'm looking to create an online support network for health coaches. I know how isolating it can be when you're running an online practice from home and there's limited opportunity to connect with other professionals in this growing industry. I'm a former grad from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I help women manage and cope with inflammatory disease and chronic symptoms, so they no longer feel controlled by their circumstances. I help them create a new story, a new chapter, so they can heal and move on with their lives. I help them with lifestyle and nutrition changes, but most importantly, establishing MINDSET SHIFTS-- so they have the tools they need to refocus their time & energy on the things that serve them. I was born with a rare disease that causes chronic pain & inflammation. Lifestyle and nutrition helped manage my symptoms and also lose some weight in the process, so now I help others do the same. I started this small group called the Content Collaborative, where I host a monthly meeting/think-tank to discuss three hot topics or questions in the health coaching arena, and 1 live tutorial on new software, programs or skills you might find helpful. But I'm not the only host...you could be next! I plan to coordinate these meetings with other health coaches who can help lead the way, by sharing their knowledge and skills. Let's say you're into tech and know about a great app that helped you scale your business. Share the wealth! Lead our network through a live tutorial and show us how to use the app/software, etc. A new coach will host and teach the rest of us, every month. We'll all have an opportunity to share and grow--together. It's a connistent effort to connect with like-minded people, find a collaboration opportunity or maybe even a business partnership or just make a new friend.
