Bassist and vocalist looking to form a doom/sludge/psych band

Hey! I'm a drummer in my early 20s, but I also play some guitar and a reasonable amount of bass. I'm looking to find like-minded folk to put together a 3-piece doom/sludge band. I want to play bass as I've downsized my gear to make a dedicated bass rig. I would also like to do vocals despite my limited experience with them. I personally don't do drugs, but do drink once in a blue moon. I don't mind what you might do. Ideally, I'd like to play original music live and record albums. However, I do not have a reliable practice space.
