Cleaner needed - for Short term Airbnb Rentals

Hi all! Looking to hire a cleaner to handle turnovers for our short term rental Airbnb units. We currently have three apartments; two in Albany and one in Stephentown. The Albany apartments - it is a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment in the same building. In Stephentown, we currently have x1 two bedroom apartment. By the summer, we will have additional units available (currently under construction). Two apartments in Albany. One apartment in Stephentown. Average 4-5 turnovers a week. Approx 2 hour cleanings per turnover (average 8-12 hours +/- per week). Cleaning the apartments, bathroom, flooring, replacing all the linens, towels, bedding, and doing the wash. If you are handy and offer maintenance services, even better. We have plenty of maintenance / handy services needed. Paid per cleaning via Venmo / CA$H App / Zelle. Hiring immediately. Hourly rate starts @ $20 / hour. Cleaning supplies included. Please email / message me with your contact information.
