We are seeking qualified Facility Technician candidates to be on our team serving the Los Angeles Skid Row community. With 32 properties and 38 years of experience, SRO Housing Corporation has a unique insight into the needs of the community it serves. Tasks: Light electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, plastering, light carpentry, lighting fixtures. Completing daily work orders. Providing quality customer service to staff and tenants in the living environment for our residents and establishing a positive working relationship with the community and company staff. To Qualify the Following are Required: Experience working in the maintenance field (multi-unit properties is a plus); history of completing projects; working knowledge of tools; time management; experience working with low-income communities is a plus; ability to inspect buildings and repairs; ability to communicate effectively.
