Job Summary
National property services company seeking Project Manager for its Maintenance & Construction Division. The Project Manager is a mid-management classification that functions as a facilities manager. Within established policies and procedures, the incumbent works with a high degree of independence in identifying and implementing management projects and establishing priorities.
Responsibilities and Duties
Plan, manage, organize, direct, and evaluate the day-to-day activities of the building Maintenance technician teams.
Coordinate division activities with other departments, programs and / or outside contractors and vendors.
Maintains records and writes reports.
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all phases of building maintenance and repair work such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, paint, flooring.
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of three years working in the construction / building maintenance field is required. Salary will depend on experience.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years college education in construction Management, business administration, or leadership equivalent.
Valid Driver License and clean DMV record
