Busy automotive repair shop in Glendora looking to hire on 1 or more mechanics/technicians. We are looking for a heavy line mechanic capable of R&R engines, transmissions, axles, and has the ability to do major service repairs including timing belts, timing chains, and head gaskets on all makes and models. Experience is required, ASE certifications not required but a PLUS. Pay is DOE. About us: We have been open for around 3 years now and have a very stable clientele and do all servicing from oil changes up to engine/transmission overhaul. We do factory and aftermarket repairs we will take just about anything in. Shop is 9 bays plus alignment, in the process of expanding even further. Currently we have 4 mechanics and we have plenty of work to feed more. Open 6 days a week 11 hours a day so plenty of ability to get some OT if wanted. Requirements: 5+ years verifiable experience ASE/Dealer certifications(not necessary but a huge plus) Diagnostic ability of basic mechanical components and electrical systems Must have own tools Have the drive to help customers Be able to do thorough inspections Benefits: 5/6 day work week Almost unlimited over time available Weekly pay If you feel you are a good candidate for the position, please reply in with a copy of your resume with your name in the subject title or contact us by phone.
