YOU MUST HAVE: A valid Drivers License. A professional neat appearance and customer service experience. A knowledge of finding addresses, utilizing a drill to install hardware for window treatments, Measure for shutters accurately and the ability to manage your time. RESPONSIBILITIES: Installation of custom made window products to the customer’s exact specifications to include: installing blinds, shades, shutters and decorative window top treatments. Provides excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. Communicate with the manager regarding issues and complete proper documentation for any unresolved issues. Maintains a safe work environment during installation and work areas. Maintains a valid state-issued Driver’s License. Basic window treatment and/or related product installation skills. Strong communication skills both written and verbal to insure proper measuring. Handle basic assembly or production needs of blinds, shutters, shades, and other window treatments. Manage a schedule of measurement and installation in a timely manner. Maintain necessary parts in stock.
