Electrician Needed

Looking for a qualified electrician to fix my patio lights that are not coming on. I also have an outlet thats not working on the same line. These lights have worked previously but I had someone tap into that line to install a ring camera. They must have disconnected the lights and the outlet in the process. Must fill out a W9 and provide a copy of id before being paid, unless being paid by credit card then none of that is needed. The house is in Orange Park and I am not in a rush to get it fixed so would like to collect quotes, along with references. Thanks
