We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with 5+ years related experience to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading teams in operational aspects of the warehouse Responsibilities: Provide on-going training to all shipping and receiving associates in accordance with company standards Maintain organization and standards of merchandise and physical space Continuously make recommendations for increasing productivity and improving process Plan and review, in collaboration with the Managers, all logistics processes, ensuring that they meet the company standards Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of the workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics Key qualifications: Prior experience managing and motivating staff Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals to achieve optimal business results Strong computer skills Strong organizational skills Strong, positive verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds For immediate consideration, please forward your resume
