Hawaii Mold and Flood LLC We are a full service General Contractor who specializes in Environmental work. We perform water, mold, asbestos, lead, reconstruction, and remodel work. We are looking for a general mitigation/construction Laborer to join our team on the Kona side. We are looking to hire a mitigation/construction Laborer to work with our Environmental Manager to efficiently, while maintaining our standard of work, perform emergency work, demolition, mold cleaning, and general labor. This position requires repetitive heavy lifting, working from heights, using hand and power tools. To be a successful the candidate must be able to follow direction, have their own transportation, have basic tools to perform tasks, be willing to follow instructions, be reliable and be an all around team player. Responsibilities (not limited to): • General labor tasks. • Ability to use a tape measure. • Use hand tools and power tools to cut and remove building materials. • Ability to haul bags of debris to on site dumpster or vehicle for transportation. • Able to work a standard 5 days a week job and some emergency weekends as needed. • Strong organizational skills. • Effective communication skills. • Follow orders and work well with others. • Service area entire island, must be flexible on transportation. Education and Experience Requirements: • Valid driver license. • Personal Vehicle to get to work every day. Benefits: • Full Medical, Dental, Vision paid by employer. • Paid overtime after 40hrs. • Training provided. Compensation starts at $18 to $20 hour. Pay to be increased once experience milestone are completed with industry knowledge and standards. Experienced or certified water/mold techs compensation TBD.
