Pod Builder - Pay: $20.00ph (paid weekly)
Hours: 7.00am to 3.30pm
Start Date - 28th February
Project Length: Up to 10 weeks
Requirements - Steel Toed Boots/Shoes
Responsible to assemble fabric PODs in an efficient manner ensuring quality.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and Health and Safety requirements. Ensure understanding of Pre-work requirements, the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), setting up and maintaining a safe work environment.
Pulls bases, frame posts, fabric, and top rails from local inventory.
Assembles PODS using clamps and rubber mallets to join the components together.
Rubber bands rivets in the bases of the POD to prepare for riveting.
Stands POD up, moves POD to conveyor line.
Skills and competencies:
1-year previous experience within a manufacturing, construction, or logistics environment.
