Cobalt Real Estate services is a Commercial property maintenance company responsible for cleaning and maintaining multiple shopping centers and commercial building exterior.
We are hiring for:
Full time Porters: pick up trash all over the exterior commercial properties, change trash liners, blow and sweep leaves and debris in parking lots, store front sidewalks and back of the properties. Report safety hazards and additional work that is needed.
Part time lawn maintenance: mow, cut blow commercial properties. Hand pull weeds. treat lawn with weed and feed. remove all trash and leaves in lawn.
starting pay at 15.00 per hour - On some occasions you will perform both porter and lawn maintenance. Experience is required.
Driving is required for these positions. Must have own transportation - you will need a pickup truck. You cannot perform the job with a car you must have a pickup truck. Fuel expense for on the job only and oil change expense are paid by company.
Valid driver's license required
Valid proof of insurance required
Social security card required
Must pass a criminal background check.
