Commercial Cleaning Company, is looking to fill the following Position: ''BILINGUAL JANITORIAL NIGHT SUPERVISOR'' REQUIREMENTS: - Must pass a criminal background check - E-Verify - Have previous supervisory experience - Bilingual (English and Spanish) - Organized and professional - Have excellent communication skills and be a problem solver - Available to work Monday-Friday (Start Time: 5 PM) weekends as necessary - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Have a desire to work with people (Training, Accountability, Delegation, Flexibility) JOB DUTIES: - Travel between buildings - On-site inspections - Supply inventory control - Accountability and delegation - Employee Training This position requires attention to detail while supervising nightly operations to ensure all cleaning staff complete their assigned custodial duties meeting a prominent level of expectation, ensure all safety standards are adhered to, and serve as the liaison between the front-line management. Leading and managing people in a team-minded environment is important for success. Candidates should be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks, able to train employees in all aspects of janitorial cleaning, able to troubleshoot equipment, when necessary, able to work independently.
