Someone needed for general maintenance: including but not limited to some electrical, plumbing, plaster, painting, and sheetrocking. Occasional on-site cleaning per week as well. Located in Bushwick near the Morgan L stop. Higher end of part time leading to full if suitable. $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience and skill.
