I-95 Laborer / Highway Maintenance Technician

Join our crew performing highway maintenance along I-95 in Palm Beach County. The position is full-time, permanent with benefits and usually M-F from 7am - 4pm (may add overtime or change hours due to bad weather). Willing to train!!!! Job Duties - Landscaping and mowing, weed control spraying, tree trimming - Litter and debris pick-up/removal - Clean and grade ditches, drainage structures, road shoulders, slopes - Fence repair, sign repair and replacement - Concrete / asphalt repair and forming, filling potholes - Repair guardrail - Perform Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) / temporary traffic control - Use bed edgers, commercial mowers (z-turns and bush hogs), tractors, mini-excavators, skid steers, gators, blowers, dump trailers, chain saws, line trimmers, and more Requirements - Valid Florida Driver's License - Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions - Work along I-95 with traffic passing by at varying rates of speed - Work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary - Work scheduled on-call shift during when scheduled on rotation - Take and pass drug screen, motor vehicle screen, and Federal Background Check Benefits Medical/dental/vision coverage, 16 days PTO, 8 paid holidays, employee referral program, new parent leave, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, and more!
