Hours – 8:30am – 5:00pm In seek of an experienced, customer service representative to join our team. This position is working at the corporate level of the company and will be cross trained so there is no lapse on coverage. As a customer service rep, you will be part of a team that is responsible for management of customer service emails, Including dealing with requests for pick-ups, shipment statuses and general inquires for the entire company. Although most of the communication will be via email, there is also some phone work involved. Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and someone who has good organizational and communication skills as well being detailed oriented. BSP Trans Inc. is a fast-paced environment and candidates need to be comfortable with this. This environment is very team based and candidates will need to get along well with others. Must have knowledge of Microsoft office. Transportation experience a plus but not necessary.
