The Ethiopian Eritrean Student Association (EESA) presents our 3rd annual charity dinner event, A Taste of the East. This year our theme is Royalty to display the beauty and elegance of East African culture. This encapsulates our majestic culture from its creation to its illustrious future. We originate from royalty and will continue to live in our royalty. The show is comprised of dinner, various performances, and a fashion show. This formal event will be held on February 26, 2022, at the Newcomb Hall Ballroom. Doors will open promptly at 6 pm. Come in cultural attire or dressed to impress. The dinner will include East African dishes as well as other dishes (vegetarian and vegan options will be available). We are bringing East Africa to UVA in a way that is unique and interactive, so get ready to experience an elegant night immersed in East African royalty.
