Spring Solstice Food and Wine Celebration
Join instructional chef Kate Sonders Solomon and wine and spirits expert Francine Kowalsky for a spring food and beverage workshop.
Kate will lead a hands-on demo on creating creamy asparagus soup shooters with garlic croutons and chive oil, spring pickled veggie skewers, spring herb crepes with goat cheese, and honey lavender pots de creme. Francine will pair wines to complete the evening.
The event will be held indoors at HudCo in Dobbs Ferry. Everyone must show proof of vaccination and space is limited. Come celebrate spring with us!
