St. Patrick's Day royal icing cookie class. Enjoy a beverage (maybe even an Irish Stout) in The Cellar of the trendy Aurora Bew Works and learn how to decorate sugar cookies with royal icing. You will decorate five cookies with 4 different bags of icing. The theme will be "a wee bit Irish" in honor of St. Patrick's Day. There will be several techniques covered, such as, Outlining, Flooding, Wet on Wet, Writing, Transfer Application, Detail Lines.
