ABOUT THE AUTHORS Cedd Moses is the Founder and Chief Vision Officer of Pouring With Heart, a hospitality company that operates twenty-five bars, historic restaurants, and beer halls across Los Angeles, San Diego, Austin, and Denver. Pouring With Heart has a goal of creating 2030 careers in the hospitality business by 2030. To do this they plan to open over a hundred more bars Nationally by 2030. Moses and his team of pioneers garnered national recognition for their part in revitalizing Downtown LA . Through Pouring with Heart, Moses also started the For Each Other Fund, a charity that supports their bar staff in need by seeing them through challenges that affect them or their families. Erik Cardona is an author, screenwriter, lyricist, columnist, copywriter, and 2-time film festival winner receiving awards from both Bentonville and the LA Film Festival, respectively. Before his writing career, Cardona could be found Pouring with Heart, bartending at the legendary Seven Grand Whiskey Bar in LA, where he shared in the creation and development of Bar Jackalope, voted Best Whiskey Bar in Los Angeles by LA Weekly Magazine. Chevalier's Books on Larchmont Blvd is the oldest independent bookstore in Los Angeles.
