I have a few projects to do on a house. As of now, what I need done is as follows: - Replace faucets in 4 bathrooms with new modern ones - Fix leaking shower valve in one of the bathrooms - Replace kitchen faucet with new touchless faucet - Replace 3 ceiling fans in the bedrooms with new modern ones - Apply drylok waterproofer to basement floor These are the current projects. Will pay $1500 for the work described above. In the spring, I would like to replace my deck. Too cold now, but if you’re interested that’s a project I have to do. Thanks for your interest.
