Off Square Brewing Beer Pairing Dinner
Join us on March 31st at 6pm for our 1st Beer Paring Dinner of the year! We are super excited to be sending a few of our awesome beer selections to The World Beer Cup where we will get judged against breweries all over the United States and we want YOU to sample them. Each beer will be paired with a course, see menu below:
First Course
Pork Belly Bao Bun
Smoked confit pork belly, quick pickle cucumber, roasted sweet corn relish Fresno hot sauce aioli, microgreens
Paired: Kiss Yer Kousin (Kentucky Common)
Second Course
Hot Honey Fried Chicken
Spicy buttermilk fried chicken, hot sauce, buttermilk biscuit, dill and fresno pickles
Paired: Easy Day (Kolsch)
Third Course
Braised Short Rib
Kashmir candied carrots, beef demi-glazed, seared king mushroom, roasted cauliflower puree
Paired: Kashmir Shangri La (Double IPA)
Fourth Course
Saphir Banana Bread
Walnut crumble, whipped banana and vanilla custard, brown butter,caramel sauce
Paired: Saphir Zum Trotz (Hefeweizen)
