Free weekly class for PMA Fossil Creek's founding members! This will be PMA Fossil Creek's first class for our founding members. Training starts at 6:30 where your child will learn the following: Self-Control: The ability to control our body with our mind.Focus: The ability to block out distractions and concentrate.Self-Discipline: Doing what we know we are supposed to do without being told.Courtesy and Respect: Treating others the way we want to be treated.Perseverance: Never giving up when things get tough.Goal Setting: Working very hard every day to achieve something we want.NO ONE SITS ON THE BENCH AT PREMIER MARTIAL ARTS!
